Start-up shares announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the board secretary, Zhang Shengwang, stating that due to personal reasons, he would resign from the position on November 21, 2025, before his original term of office was to end on January 10, 2028. The resignation will take effect from the date it is submitted to the board, and Zhang will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. In order to ensure the normal operation of work, the duties will be temporarily performed by the chairman, Chen Lihong, until a new board secretary is formally appointed. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Zhang Shengwang does not hold any shares, has no unfulfilled commitments, and has completed the work handover.
