The city of Changsha held a meeting of leading cadres, announcing the decision on personnel arrangements made by the provincial party committee.

On November 21st, a meeting of leading cadres in Changsha City was held. Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee, presided over the meeting. Guo Lingji, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. It was announced at the meeting that Comrade Chen Bozhang was appointed as a member, standing committee member, and deputy secretary of the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
