On November 21st, according to the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, some provincial government offices have submitted their regional equity market "specialized, refined, and innovative" special board construction plans to the CSRC for record-filing, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on the High-Quality Construction of Regional Equity Markets."
