According to the announcement of the company, Huasheng Baili, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, reduced its holdings by 887,000 shares through centralized bidding from August 27, 2025 to November 20, 2025, with an average reduction price of 41.37 yuan/share, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. The shareholding ratio decreased from 9.96% to 8.96%. Previously, Huasheng Baili planned to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 2.664 million shares through centralized bidding and block trades, including no more than 888,000 shares through centralized bidding and no more than 1.776 million shares through block trades. The reduction plan period has expired.
