The original shareholder Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. has exited, and Guangzhou Jueli Modern Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou State-owned Assets, has been added as the sole shareholder. When asked about the takeover by Guangzhou State-owned Assets, a representative of one of the shareholders of Guangzhou Jueli Modern Industrial Development Co., Ltd. confirmed the news. "First, reclaim the land," said the shareholder representative.
