According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Jiangxi Jinde Tian'an Functional New Materials Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 33.99 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of electronic special materials, sales of electronic special materials, manufacturing and sales of new film materials. Equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Jinyinhe.
