Guangzhou State-owned Assets takes over Evergrande Auto.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Evergrande Smart Auto Co., Ltd and Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd have undergone business changes. The original shareholder Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd has exited, and the new shareholder Guangzhou JuLi Modern Industrial Development Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Guangzhou state-owned assets, has been added as a wholly-owned shareholder. Qichacha information shows that Evergrande Smart Auto Co., Ltd was established in 2018 with a registered capital of 25 billion yuan, while Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd was established in 2019 with a registered capital of 50 billion yuan.
