Raystar Capital reaches a settlement regarding the rental rate setting investigation.

Raystar Capital has agreed to pay $7 million and cease using rental pricing software that relies on competitor data to settle a multi-state claim related to RealPage algorithms, a company that provides on-demand custom software and software solutions for the rental housing industry. This agreement is still subject to judicial approval.
