Goldman Sachs: Possibility of a rate cut in December still exists.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management's fixed income director, Haig, said, "Given the continuous weakness in the labor market reflected by the unemployment rate, there is still a possibility of the Fed cutting interest rates in December."
