Yimingangke-B (01541.HK) subscribed to a wealth management product worth 120 million Hong Kong dollars.

The Zhongtong Finance APP reported that Yimingangke-B (01541.HK) has announced that the company has notified Huatai Financial on November 20, 2025, to redeem HK$49.6033 million in cash (first redemption) and HK$43.72 million (second redemption) of Huatai redemption products, which are all Huatai redemption products held at that time, estimated to generate approximately HK$3.46 million and HK$1.27 million in income respectively (referred to as the redemption matters) (i.e. the unaudited interest income generated by the redemption matters). After the redemption matters, the Group will no longer hold any unexpired financial products from Huatai Financial. In addition, on November 20, 2025, the company agreed to subscribe for HK$120 million worth of financial products from Huatai Financial (Huatai subscription products) (subscription matters). The subscription matters will be funded by the Group's internal surplus cash reserves.
