Unisoc's statement on the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs temporarily suspending the decree

Richtek Technology Corporation noted the statement released by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Netherlands on November 19, 2025, stating that the implementation of the administrative order issued to ON Semiconductor on September 30, 2025 pursuant to the Goods Availability Act would be suspended. As the sole controlling shareholder of ON Semiconductor, Richtek Technology attaches great importance to this matter and hereby makes the following response. We firmly demand that any genuine solution must be based on restoring Richtek Technology's full rights as a shareholder and its legal control over ON Semiconductor. Richtek Technology will not accept any attempt to legitimize illegal outcomes, nor will it accept a "new normal" of ON Semiconductor equity and governance created through illegal procedures. We will take all legal means to safeguard our lawful rights and the interests of all shareholders to the maximum extent.
