Vanke's newly appointed chairman, Huang Liping, attended the shareholders' meeting, making his first public appearance after succeeding Xinjie.

On November 20, Vanke held its first interim shareholders meeting for the year 2025. Vanke Chairman Huang Liping led the Executive Vice Presidents Yu Liang, Li Feng, Hua Cui, Li Gang, and Han Huihua, as well as Board Secretary Tian Jun in attendance. This was also the first public appearance of Huang Liping in his capacity as Vanke Chairman since taking over the position on October 13 this year. Previously, this "veteran" from the China Railway Corporation Group mainly attended shareholders meetings as a non-independent director of the Vanke Board.
