Vanke holds an extraordinary shareholders meeting and votes to approve the resolution related to the shareholder loan framework agreement.

Vanke held its first extraordinary general meeting in 2025 and passed the resolution on "Proposal Regarding the Framework Agreement on Shareholder Loans Provided by DeepIron Group to the Company and Guaranteed by the Company". Vanke's Chairman Huang Liping, Executive Vice President Yu Liang, Li Feng, Hua Cui, Li Gang, Han Huihua, and Board Secretary Tian Jun attended the meeting.
