Meilande announced that as of the date of issue of the verification opinion, the company has repurchased a total of 2.1921 million shares, accounting for 2.19% of the total share capital. The company plans to distribute profits to all shareholders by using the total share capital registered on the record date for the equity distribution in 2025, minus the number of shares in the repurchase special securities account, and distribute a cash dividend of 3 yuan for every 10 shares. As of October 23, 2025, the total number of shares participating in the dividend distribution is 97.8079 million shares, with a planned distribution of 29.3424 million yuan in cash dividends, without transferring to the reserve fund or issuing bonus shares. The sponsoring institution believes that this distribution is in compliance with regulations and does not harm the interests of the company and shareholders.
