DaYe Shares: Will actively respond to the EU's anti-dumping investigation on Chinese lawnmowers.

DaYe Company announced that it recently learned that the European Commission has launched an anti-dumping investigation on robotic lawnmowers originating from China, at the request of Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. This investigation targets Chinese enterprises exporting robotic lawnmowers to the EU from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. The company will adjust its overseas production structure, integrate internal and external resources to address the impact. In addition, the company has completed the acquisition of its German subsidiary AL-KO, increasing its production base in Austria and enabling direct operation of robotic lawnmower-related businesses locally.
