Bilibili: Signs Comprehensive Cooperation Framework Agreement with Jinjiang Original Creation

Bilibili announces in Hong Kong that on November 20, 2025, the company has entered into a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement with Jinjiang Original. According to this agreement, the group and Jinjiang Original agree to cooperate on intellectual property, including but not limited to the group purchasing the copyrights of multiple works and using such copyrights for specified purposes. The group also agrees to pay Jinjiang Original the related transaction amount, including but not limited to authorization fees, procurement fees, and any profits from profit-sharing arrangements.
