Jin Fu Technology announcement, the company's controlling shareholders Chen Jinpei and Huang Qiusong have signed a "termination agreement" agreeing to terminate the previously signed "share transfer agreement". According to the original agreement, Chen Jinpei planned to transfer the 17.16 million shares of Jin Fu Technology held by him to Huang Qiusong.
