Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that the company signed a "Procurement Framework Agreement" with Sumol International on November 20, 2025. Sumol International and its subsidiaries will continuously purchase battery cells and other products from the company and its subsidiaries as raw materials. This agreement is a framework agreement and does not involve specific amounts. The actual amount will be determined by the total amount of orders signed by the parties involved in the relevant project during the relevant period and audited by accountants, with some uncertainty still remaining.
