Shanghai Airport (600009.SH) plans to transfer related metro assets of the third phase expansion of Pudong Airport to an affiliated party.

News from China Finance App, Shanghai Airport (600009.SH) announced that the company has signed a "Pudong Airport Phase III Expansion Metro Asset Transfer Agreement" with Shanghai Airport (Group) Co., Ltd., transferring part of the assets of the Pudong Airport Phase III Expansion metro system project to them. The book value of the assets is 157 million yuan, and the total transfer amount is 161 million yuan (excluding tax). This related party transaction is in line with the construction needs of the Pudong Airport Phase IV expansion project, aiming to improve the passenger metro system at Pudong Airport and enhance the airport's passenger transportation capacity.
