On the same day, the shareholder re-pledged the shares to the Hangzhou Branch of China Minsheng Bank, with the pledge deadline set for November 10, 2026. The pledged financing funds will be used for its own production and operation needs. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zhen Shi Group has pledged a total of 444,768,000 shares of the company, accounting for 11.11% of the total share capital of the company and 65.81% of its total holdings in the company.
