The announcement of Three Rooms Lane stated that recently, the controlling shareholder Three Rooms Lane Group partially released the pledge and re-pledged some shares. On November 19, 2025, Three Rooms Lane Group released 55 million shares pledged to the Bank of Communications Wuxi Branch, accounting for 1.85% of its holdings and 1.41% of the total share capital; on the same day, it pledged 13 million freely tradable shares to the bank, accounting for 0.44% of its holdings and 0.33% of the total share capital. After this change, Three Rooms Lane Group has a total of 1.807 billion shares pledged, accounting for 60.90% of its holdings and 46.37% of the total share capital. In addition, the corresponding financing balance for pledged shares expiring within the next six months and one year will be 100 million yuan and 954 million yuan, respectively. The pledge risk is controllable.
