Huako Intelligent Investment (01140.HK) has completed the issuance of a total of 1.137 billion new shares.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Huakai Intelligent Investment (01140.HK) has announced that all conditions set out in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription matter was completed on November 20, 2025. A total of 1.137 billion new shares have been issued and distributed to subscribers at a subscription price of approximately HK$0.23 per share, equivalent to approximately 9.75% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the issuance of subscription shares.
