Jayne Design: Sale of full ownership of subsidiary company shares completed transaction

Jieen Design Announcement: The company has fully sold 100% equity of its subsidiary Shenzhen Jieen Architectural Design Co., Ltd. to Mr. Jiang Feng, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, in cash. The delivery has been completed, and the company has received 100% of the proceeds from the equity transfer, totaling RMB 15,748,900. After the transaction, Jieen Architectural Design will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
