Vanke: will further divest businesses and assets with low strategic relevance to improve cash flow and capital structure.

At the first interim shareholders meeting of Vanke in 2025 held on November 20, the management of Vanke stated that, in response to investors' concerns regarding stock prices and capital operations, the company is currently making every effort to improve management with the support from all parties. In the future, the company will further carry out capital operations to divest some business and assets that are not highly relevant to the company's strategic direction, in order to improve cash flow and capital structure.
