Century Hengtong Announcement: The company held the fourth session of the tenth independent director special meeting of the fourth board of directors on September 25, 2025, the seventeenth meeting of the fourth board of directors, and the fifteenth meeting of the fourth supervisory board. The proposal on overseas investment and equity acquisition was reviewed and approved, allowing the company to acquire 13% equity of Guizhou Qiantong Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. held by ICBC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd with its own or self-raised funds of RMB 113 million. On September 26, 2025, the company signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement" with the various parties involved in the transaction. After the completion of this transaction, Qian Tong Zhilian will become a joint-stock company of the company and will not be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
