Chongqing Bank: Chuanyi Group's 154 million shares of stock have completed non-trading transfer.

Chongqing Bank announced that, previously, Yufu Capital's controlling shareholder Chongqing Yufu Holdings Group and others signed a relevant agreement, and China National Machinery Instrument & Equipment (Group) Ltd. obtained 154 million shares of voting rights in Sichuan Yiyi Stock Co., Ltd., accounting for 29.91% of its total voting rights, becoming the controlling shareholder. China National Machinery Instrument & Equipment (Group) Ltd. became the actual controller, and Sichuan Yiyi Stock Co., Ltd. is no longer a concerted action party with Yufu Capital. Recently, the bank received notification from Yufu Capital that the transfer of the above-mentioned 154 million shares of Sichuan Yiyi Stock Co., Ltd. shares to China National Machinery Instrument & Equipment (Group) Ltd. has been completed through non-trading transfer.
