They can apply for a refund at any time within 10 years, but Pang Donglai will permanently cancel the company's visitation qualification. If a company cancels their visit for their own reasons, they will receive a full refund and their reservation qualification for that year will be canceled. Additionally, during the company's visit, if there is any behavior such as moving around, dozing off, frequently answering phone calls, or lack of seriousness, focus, and participation, Pang Donglai will immediately provide a full refund and permanently cancel the company's visitation qualification. Starting from November 1, 2025, Pang Donglai will open up for business learning visits on the 10th and 20th of each month, with a fee of 20,000 yuan per person.
