The registered capital has increased to approximately 6.4396 million yuan, with the addition of Hangzhou Jiangyu Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen DJI Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. as shareholders. At the same time, there have been changes in the company's key personnel. Enterprise Check shows that Shenzhen Intelligent Pack Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2015, with Hong Yingsheng as the legal representative. Currently, Hong Yingsheng, Shenzhen Future Innovation Enterprise Management Partnership, and the aforementioned new shareholders collectively hold shares in the company. The official website states that Intelligent Pack Technology focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of consumer-grade 3D printers, laser engraving machines, STEM kits, and other products.
