Shanghai Real Estate Brokerage Industry Association issues a call to strengthen self-discipline in the real estate brokerage industry and maintain order in the real estate market.

On November 18, the Shanghai Real Estate Brokerage Industry Association organized the "Strengthening self-discipline in the real estate brokerage industry and maintaining market order" integrity initiative commitment activity, with more than 50 real estate brokerage agencies in the city participating. During the event, the association's leaders read out the initiative, calling on all real estate brokerage agencies in the city to reflect market conditions rationally and objectively, truthfully and accurately release property information, conduct intermediary business with integrity, charge service fees reasonably and legally, and engage in fair and orderly market competition. The participating real estate brokerage agencies actively responded to the call for self-discipline and solemnly promised to abide by the self-discipline initiative.
