The Taiwan stock market followed the strength of Asian stocks in early trading on Thursday, with the Taiwan Stock Exchange Weighted Index rising more than 3%, marking the largest intraday gain since April 23. NVIDIA released strong outlook overnight, helping to ease concerns about an AI bubble. The Taiwan stock index rose 3.1%, with TSMC rising 3.9%.
