The plot of land on Qiniandajie within the second ring road, which has received a lot of attention, officially sold on November 19th. After 38 rounds of on-site bidding, it was won by Beijing Chengjian Xingrui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for 2.028 billion yuan, with a premium rate of 4%. The residential floor price is approximately 10,360 yuan per square meter. The transaction floor price has exceeded that of the Shucun No. 35 plot in Haidian District sold in March this year and is likely to become the highest residential floor price plot in Beijing this year.
