(hereinafter referred to as "Jingdongfang Sensor") to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company to carry out servo-related business. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 150 million yuan, with Jingdongfang Sensor contributing 90 million yuan in cash for a 60% equity stake, and the company contributing 60 million yuan in cash for a 40% equity stake. After the establishment of the joint venture company, the company plans to sign a "Technology License and Technical Service Agreement" with the joint venture company to provide the technology license and corresponding technical services required for production and operations, with a transaction amount of 50 million yuan.
