Zhixun Finance APP News, Joy City Real Estate (00207.HK) announced that on November 19, 2025, Chengyu (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) successfully bid for the land use rights of a plot of land offered by the planning and natural resources bureau through online public listing with a total of 2.65 billion yuan. The transaction confirmation letter has been obtained on the same day, and the land use rights transfer contract is expected to be signed on or before December 3, 2025. Chengyu has paid a bid guarantee deposit of 532 million yuan for the online public listing. Chengyu will hold the rights of the plot of land for future development after the completion of the acquisition. The plot of land is located in Chengdu, China.
