(CICC) regarding the replacement of the continuous supervision sponsor representative of Red Star Macalline Home Group Co., Ltd. CICC, as the sponsor institution for the company's initial public offering of A shares and the private placement of A shares in 2020, originally designated Mr. Xie Jingxin and Mr. Xing Ke as the continuous supervision sponsor representatives for the company. Now, Mr. Xing Ke is no longer able to continue as the continuous supervision sponsor representative for the company due to job changes. In order to ensure the orderly progress of continuous supervision work, CICC has appointed Mr. Zeng Qinglin to replace Mr. Xing Ke as the continuous supervision sponsor representative for the company, fulfilling the duties of continuous supervision until the continuous supervision obligations specified by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange are completed.
