Zhtng Cijng APP News, China Resources Transport (00269.HK) issued an announcement regarding the application for liquidation filed by Asia Zhen Financial Limited (the petitioner) on September 15, 2025 to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region against the company. The court held a pre-hearing on November 19, 2025 in the presence of the judge of the Company Cases of the High Court of Hong Kong. The court ordered the hearing of the application to be postponed to November 24, 2025, to be presided over by the judge of the Company Cases of the High Court.
