Xiaomi Group: Granting Xiaomi Hong Kong Stock Options

Xiaomi Group announced in Hong Kong that the board of directors hereby announces that the company awarded a total of 29,366,734 shares of award shares to 3,334 selected participants on November 19, 2025, pursuant to the 2023 stock incentive plan, including employees and service providers of the group. On the same day, Xiaomi Hong Kong granted a total of 496,300 Xiaomi Hong Kong stock options to 3 selected participants who are employees of Xiaomi Hong Kong, in accordance with the 2024 Xiaomi Hong Kong stock option plan.
