Zhimingda announced that during the first meeting of the fourth board of directors held on November 19, 2025, Wang Yong was elected as the chairman of the fourth board of directors of the company, and Jiang Hu was elected as the co-chairman. Various specialized committee members were also elected. Li Yuzhou was appointed as the convener of the audit committee, Wang Yong as the convener of the strategic committee, Chai Junwu as the convener of the nomination committee, and Li Ling as the convener of the compensation and assessment committee. Long Bo was appointed as the general manager, Qin Yin as the deputy general manager and secretary of the board, Wan Chonggang and Li Wei as deputy general managers, and Liu Xinzhu as the financial director, all with the same term as the fourth board of directors.
