Hui Cai Financial Investment (08018) subsidiary has granted a loan of HKD 2.8 million.

Intelligence Financial APP News, Huicai Financial Investment (08018) issued an announcement that on November 19, 2025 (after trading hours), the creditor Huicai Loan Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a new loan agreement with the borrower Fortune Grace Management Limited and the guarantor. Under this agreement, the creditor agreed to grant the borrower a loan of HK$2.8 million, with a term from November 19, 2025 to November 18, 2027, at an annual interest rate of 8%, and the guarantor agreed to provide security for the creditor as loan security. As of the date of the new loan agreement, the loan has been used to fully repay the principal of the original loan.
