Announcement of E Fund Management Co., Ltd.: the secondary market trading price of E Fund Invesco Nasdaq 100 Exchange Traded Open-End Index Fund under the company is significantly higher than the reference net asset value of the fund units, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from market opening on November 20, 2025 to 10:30 on the same day, and resume trading from 10:30 on November 20, 2025. If the premium of the secondary market trading price of the fund on November 20, 2025 does not effectively fall back, the fund has the right to apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for temporary suspension during trading hours and extend the suspension time to warn the market of risks.
