Zhimi Intelligence announced that the company has previously reviewed and approved a proposal to provide a guarantee amount of up to 600 million yuan for its subsidiary, with a validity period of 12 months. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Industrial and Commercial Bank to provide joint liability guarantee for the comprehensive credit limit of 60 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan Zhimi. Dongguan Zhimi has a good credit history and is not on the list of dishonest persons subject to execution. After this guarantee, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries is 6 billion yuan, accounting for 286.72% of the net assets audited in 2024; the total external guarantee balance is 25.7689 million yuan, accounting for 1.23%, with no overdue or litigation-related guarantees.
