According to the Wisdom Finance and Economics APP, a judge stated at a hearing on Tuesday that some states in the United States can intervene in Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) $14 billion acquisition of Zanbo Networks. The U.S. Department of Justice has proposed a settlement in the case and allowed the transaction to proceed. Judge Casey Pitts from the U.S. District Court in San Jose, California, stated that Colorado and other states can express their opinions on the transaction, but he has not decided whether to investigate the specific circumstances of the deal.
