Rui Feng Bank: Shareholders holding more than 5% of the total shares terminate the reduction plan ahead of schedule.

Rui Feng Bank announced that before the implementation of this reduction plan, the reduction subject Antu Automobile and its concerted action parties collectively held 119,635,557 shares of the bank, accounting for 6.10% of the total share capital. On August 8, 2025, Antu Automobile disclosed a reduction plan to reduce holdings by no more than 23,545,935 shares, or no more than 1.20% of the total share capital. On November 19, Antu Automobile terminated the reduction plan ahead of schedule. From September 16 to November 18, Antu Automobile cumulatively reduced holdings by 22,027,500 shares, accounting for 1.12% of the total share capital, with a total reduction amount of 121,467,846.40 yuan. As of the announcement date, Antu Automobile and its concerted action parties collectively held 97,608,057 shares, accounting for 4.97% of the total share capital.
