Nanwei Software announced that recently its controlling shareholder Wu Zhixiong partially pledged and released some of his shares. On November 18, 2025, he released 18 million shares, representing 9.30% of his total holdings and 3.10% of the total share capital; on the same day, he pledged 17 million shares, representing 8.78% of his total holdings and 2.93% of the total share capital, with the financing used to replace the previous pledge. After this change, Wu Zhixiong has pledged a total of 132 million shares, representing 68.23% of his total holdings and 22.76% of the total share capital. The future maturity of pledged shares in the next six months and one year corresponds to financing balances of 147 million yuan and 175 million yuan respectively, with no liquidation risk at present, and the pledge has no significant impact on the company.
