The procuratorial organ in Liaoning Province has filed a public prosecution against Gao Yingyun for suspected bribery according to law.

Recently, the case of Gao Yingyun, former deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of State Grid Tibet Electric Power Co., Ltd., who is suspected of bribery, investigated by the Shenyang Municipal Supervisory Committee of Liaoning Province, has been concluded and transferred to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution. Designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Shenyang People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law. The case is still under further investigation. During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organs informed the defendant Gao Yingyun of his litigation rights according to law, questioned the defendant according to law, and listened to the opinions of the defense lawyers. The Shenyang People's Procuratorate accuses the defendant Gao Yingyun of taking advantage of his positions as chief engineer, deputy general manager, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of State Grid Tibet Electric Power Co., Ltd., to seek benefits for others, illegally accepting money and goods from others in a particularly large amount, and should be held criminally responsible for the crime of bribery according to law.
