Jinyuan Environmental Protection announced that recently the company's controlling shareholder, Jinyuan Holdings, has released the pledge of 4 million shares it holds, accounting for 1.72% of its shareholding and 0.51% of the total share capital of the company, with China CITIC Bank Hangzhou Branch as the pledgee. On the same day, Jinyuan Holdings pledged another 3.94 million shares, accounting for 1.70% of its shareholding and 0.51% of the total share capital of the company, for its own production and operation. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Jinyuan Holdings and its concerted actors have pledged a total of 160 million shares, accounting for 67.81% of the total shareholding and 20.58% of the total share capital of the company, and there is no risk of extension or liquidation, which has no impact on the company.
