Its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities as a private equity fund. Shareholding information revealed by QiChaCha indicates that the partnership enterprise was jointly invested by the Hunan Province Emerging Industry Guidance Investment Partnership Enterprise and Hunan Highway Group Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary, Hunan Expressway Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.
