The Ministry of Finance has advanced the issuance of the budget for the subsidy funds of the Central Finance Town Affordable Housing Project for the year 2026.

The Ministry of Finance has issued a notice to advance the allocation of subsidies for part of the central financial urban affordable housing project in 2026 to support related work on affordable housing projects. The funds will be included in the government's revenue and expenditure classification item 110.03 million "income from the transfer payments of shared fiscal authority for housing security" in 2026, and will be allocated and used according to the prescribed procedures after the start of the 2026 budget year. Local financial departments at all levels need to strengthen daily supervision and improve the standardization and effectiveness of fund management and use.
