Zhixin Finance APP News, China Everbright Bank Gold Lease (01606) announced that on November 18, 2025, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC (CDBALF), and a nominee (seller) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with United Airlines, Inc. (buyer). The seller has agreed to sell one 787-9 aircraft (the transaction) through direct sale to the buyer or its nominee, or by selling all beneficial interests in a trust set up for the aircraft.
