Guangzhou Anju Group issued a notice, continuing to promote the acquisition of existing commercial housing for use as affordable housing and other sources of housing, further increasing the acquisition efforts. The notice states that following the principles of "marketization, legalization, and voluntary agreement," they are now publicly soliciting qualified housing sources from the society. The scope of the solicitation includes existing commercial housing sources of real estate enterprises within the administrative area of Guangzhou, with convenient transportation and relatively complete supporting facilities around the projects. The solicitation conditions include: completed unsold commercial housing that has obtained the completion joint acceptance opinion or the project has been included in the battle for housing and the main body has been topped, with a small remaining amount of engineering work; the building area of the houses is generally below 90 square meters.
