Recently, the company signed "Maximum Amount Guarantee Contracts" with ICBC Dinghu Branch and CITIC Bank Changsha Branch respectively, providing joint and several liability guarantee guarantees for Guangdong Xizhen's 80 million yuan loan and SenDe Technology's 150 million yuan loan. After this guarantee, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 3.421 billion yuan, accounting for 78.13% of the latest audited net assets; the actual amount of outstanding loans is 1.066 billion yuan, accounting for 24.34%.
